                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING JACK MARCELLIS,
                   INTERIM ADMINISTRATOR FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF
                   PUBLIC WORKS, TO SIGN VOUCHERS, REQUISITIONS
                   AND OTHER NECESSARY DOCUMENTS FOR AND ON
                   BEHALF OF THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT, ON A
                   TEMPORARY BASIS EFFECTIVE MAY 1, 1991, AND
                   UNTIL SUCH TIME AS A NEW ADMINISTRATOR OF
                   SAID DEPARTMENT TAKES OFFICE.
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Jack Marcellis, Interim 
Administrator
       for the Department of Public Works, be and is hereby authorized 
to
       sign vouchers, requisitions and other necessary documents for and 

       on behalf of the Public Works Department, on a temporary basis
       effective May 1, 1991, and until such time as a new administrator 

       of said department takes office.
